¡¡¡¡The
playground was built in 1950, when the first mayor, Marshal
Yeh Jian Ying, inspired the youth that one should build the
playground with his or her own hands. It has 30,000 seats. The
sixth and ninth national football games had been held here and
since then it became famous in China. It also provides a youth
amateur sporting school and it is known for training many excellent
players. |
